Rolled Chicken Tacos
The Human brain is a complex mystery that's been stumping neurologists and psychologists alike ever since 1993, when we first discovered what was really inside those bone spheres that sit on our shoulders. Until recently, the brain was thought to be programmed to do just three things: Eat, Sleep, and Procreate, but it has now been discovered that the brain is actually hard wired to do an additional task: Dip.
Well, as it turns out, Taco Bell has created a product that perfectly suits the brain's built in "dipping function": the Rolled Chicken Tacos. These little fun sticks are designed to be dipped in one of Taco B's five corresponding dipping sauces: Spicy Ranch, Nacho Cheese, Guacamole, Salsa, and Sour Cream. Although realistically, there might as well just be the Spicy Ranch sauce because that stuff will literally (figuratively) send you to a temporary Dipping Nirvana. While I wouldn't necessarily recommend taking an immersive bath in the Spicy Ranch Sauce, I also wouldn't stop you from trying such a feat.
As for the "tacos" (alternatively, "taquitos" or "flautas"), they're surprisingly amazing. The fried, crunchy feeling of the exterior is complimented beautifully by the tenderness of the underlying chicken. I'm not sure exactly what kind of zany spices they're using in there, but it's definitely working. Maybe it's just my primal urge to dip, but these things blow me away, and I really enjoy putting them into my mouth.
